Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The footwear must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Returns are only applicable for products purchased directly from our official website/store
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the product
- Packaging images
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
